This participatory performance workshop was inspired by the connections between me and my female friends. It explored how participants could reconnect with themselves and with each other through movement and sound in response to modern social disconnection.
A lead dancer guided the group through embodied interactions, while participants responded to sound prompts. Their voices were recorded and transformed with live echo effects by our sound artist to create a collective soundscape.
